I did enjoy the event and most of the interactions throughout the day. Although not quite as outspoken as I usual am, I found my listening skills served me well when I recapped the event with colleagues. Some very pertinent confirmations about client behaviour, standards and how to best serve the financial services sector were brought forth throughout the day.
