As Managing Director of The Access Group, contributing author to Thinking Outside the Bowl: Accelerating Your Business Genius, and co-founder of One Million Acts of Innovation, Taimour is a leader who understands how to create and build innovation movements across multiple geographies, multiple industries and multiple companies .
Passionate for innovation, leadership and empowering people, Taimour works with various leaders across the world in causing a step change in performance in teams and companies across the world.

Prior to founding The Access Group, Taimour held senior positions at BCE, Dell Computer and NEC.
As an expert in innovation and social media, he has been the recipient of numerous CEO awards.


As a result of his work, Taimour has developed insights into various key markets and is an in-demand key-note speaker and outspoken participant in various executive CEO conferences for organizations such as Schulich School of Business and York University.
Taimour is also a director for various strategic organizations such as CATA Alliance, 3D On The Net and Knowledge Media.


Don Chapman
Corporate Advisor & Director

Don currently sits on the advisory board of several companies, and assists leaders of companies including Messaging Architects, Iseehear Inc., Access Group, adbeast, Gerson Lerhman Group, ACETECH. As past president of Novell Canada Ltd., Don focused on delivering information solutions, expanding partnerships and promoting the company’s vision of a 'One Net' world, achieving significant growth in all areas.

Don joined Novell from Corporate Software Canada Ltd. where he quadrupled revenue and led the company to the No. 1 position in the Canadian software reseller market.

Before joining Corporate Software, Don was Vice President of SHL Computer Innovations (ComputerLand) where he was instrumental in growing company revenue from $100 million to $400 million through innovative marketing approaches, business mergers and sales productivity growth.



Rick Wolfe is President of PostStone Corp., a consulting firm.
Rick began his business career with the advertising agency, McCann Erickson, in Toronto and then in Tokyo.
PostStone works with business leaders on the design and implementation of programs for transformational change, enterprise level business development, value proposition development and customer experience development.
Clients include Barclays Bank, HSBC, RBC Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank, Sun Life Financial, Clifford Chance, Aeroplan, The University of Waterloo, The Art Gallery of Ontario and IBM.


Stephen Shannan

Stephen Shannan is a Principal in Coaching For Action, Co-Founder and Principal of Dynamic Leadership Collective, and a Partner in Access Outcomes - A division of Access Group.
He has worked in the field of personal and organizational transformation for 23 years, working with Fortune 100 companies, entrepreneurial ventures, healthcare systems and government institutions in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, the United States and Canada. 
His client list includes Kodak, Mobile Chemical, Whirlpool, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, BP, Statoil, Hershey Medical Center and the Ontario Ministry of Health.
He is a certified ontological coach with experience coaching executives to bring about far-reaching and sustainable change, supporting the successful implementation of corporate culture transformation programs and often working with executive teams to create outcomes and results previously considered impossible.



John King

John King

John is a associate of The Access Group, founding partner and president of CultureSync LLC, a consulting firm that focuses on Leadership, Strategy, Cultural Change and Executive Coaching. Along with his partner, David C. Logan Ph.D, John is co-author of The Coaching Revolution, a book presenting the author’s best practices in the realm of executive coaching.  Their next book, Tribal Leadership, published by HaperCollins in January 2008, is available now.

John is in demand as a keynote speaker, and is nationally recognized as a senior teacher, coach, and program leader. Clients of his coaching practice have been featured on all major television networks and in The Wall Street Journal. CultureSync’s clients include Intel, Cedars-Sinai Health System, Southern California Edison, CB Richard Ellis, Colliers International, OliverMcMillan, The California State Appointed Executives, Amgen, and American Express, and The Space Frontier Foundation.

John is part of the leadership development team at Sierra Health Foundation and is on faculty at Collier’s University, CB Richard Ellis University, and The California Leadership Institute.  John is also a frequent guest lecturer in the Marshall School of Business and the School of Public Policy, Planning, and Development at USC.
